It's my pleasure to welcome you to the New Year and I thank you for putting your confidence in me as your new President for 2012.

I'm very humbled to follow the footsteps of my predecessors Myrna and who did a splendid job as President. Under her term, FAFNM achieved numerous accomplishments. I commend her for her leadership and dedication.

I'm very lucky to have a great and talented group of people supporting me, a new crop of members of our Board of Directors with new and fresh ideas to serve the Filipino American Community here in New Mexico. I'm very excited to take FAFNM into a new level. One of my goals is to reach out and connect with Filipino American communities around the state and expand our presence to those areas. I also hope to ncrease our membership and bring back those who have been away from the oraganization and show them how much we've improved and grown.

I look forward to serving you and together we can accomplish many great things.

Thank you for your continuing support for the Filipino American Community and the Filipino American Foundation of New Mexico.

Best Wishes,
Evelio Sabay,

President, FAFNM 2012
